I. Overview

  Microsoft has released its security bulletin for January 2017.
This bulletin contains one (1) update that is rated as "critical".
Remote attackers leveraging these vulnerabilities may be able to
execute arbitrary code.

    Security Update for Adobe Flash Player (3214628)

  According to Microsoft, Security update information will be published
as "bulletins" and on the "Security Update Guide" until January 2017.
From the February 2017 Update Tuesday release, Microsoft is planning
to only publish update information to the "Security Update Guide".
