On 7 April 2020, the Japanese government declared a state of emergency over COVID-19 pandemic. Upon the declaration, JPCERT/CC set more strict restriction on movement of its staff, and most employees will work remotely.

When you contact JPCERT/CC, it is advised to do so by email. Our office phone will start machine answering 24 hours, and our reply may be slower than usual although you can still leave a message.
