4. Purpose
The nature of the security incidents on the Internet makes international collaboration among CSIRTs (Computer Security Incident Response Team) vital. By exchanging of ideas and expertise on Internet security incident handling, this meeting intends to foster closer collaboration among CSIRTs in Asia Pacific.
We will consider following items.
- Asia Pacific Regional Activities Framework (APCERT)
- Share the incidents trends information
- Education/Training for the CSIRTs at Asia Pacific
- Accreditation Scheme at Asia Pacific region
5. Participants
- 24th: For all the security incidents responding teams, trying to response the security incidents, and computer security related concerned parties.
- 25th: All the CSIRTs at the Asia Pacific Region
6. Program
Taiwan International Convention Center Taipei, Chinese Taipei
The Conference will bring together the participants for two days in Taipei to discuss collaborations among the CSIRTs in the Asia and Pacific region. The first day is open to all those interested in Incident response activities. The second day is a closed meeting for the AP region CSIRTs.
